Make a complaint
Last reviewed 10 October 2026
In short
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your personal information, or with anything else about ExamKind, please tell us. You'll get a reference number straight away and an acknowledgement by email, and we aim to respond within 30 days. You don't need an account.
What happens next
- We save your complaint and email you an acknowledgement with your reference. The law gives us 30 days to acknowledge a data protection complaint; we do it at once.
- Our Data Protection Officer looks into complaints about personal information. Other complaints go to the right team. We may contact you if we need more details.
- We aim to respond within 30 days, and to accessibility reports within 5 working days. If we need longer, we'll tell you why.
- When we close your complaint, we tell you the outcome and how you can take it further.
You can check the progress of a complaint with your reference and email address.
Other ways to complain
Email our Data Protection Officer at dpo@examkind.com, or find other ways to reach us on our help and contact page. To tell us about a wrong date or fact on a page, see our corrections page.
Complaining to the Information Commissioner's Office
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. The ICO usually expects you to give us the chance to put things right first.
