Draft for review

This describes ExamKind as it works today, while accounts and some other features are switched off. It is waiting for a final read by our solicitors, and the wording may change.

In short

A small number of companies help us run ExamKind. Data protection law calls them processors (or sub-processors): they handle personal information for us, only on our instructions.

  • We keep personal information in the UK and the EU.
  • We never sell personal information or share it with advertisers.
  • Three providers process personal information for us today: Amazon Web Services, MongoDB Atlas and Vercel.

Providers that process personal information

Each provider works under a contract that requires it to keep information secure, use it only on our instructions and delete it when we ask. Our privacy notice explains what we collect, why, and for how long.

Services that never receive personal information

These services help us, but we never send them personal information about you or your child.
