How we handle your request
- We check it's really you before we share or change anything. If you're signed in, that's done. If not, we email you a link to confirm.
- We reply within one month of receiving your request (or of you confirming it). If it's complex, the law allows up to two more months; we'll tell you why within the first month.
- Requests about a child come from the parent or carer who holds the account. Where it's appropriate, we take the child's views into account.
- There's no charge. We may refuse a request that is clearly unfounded or excessive, and we will explain why.
Already asked? Check your request. You can also email dpo@examkind.com. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to us or to the Information Commissioner's Office.
