Two kinds of number
The schools publish two different figures, and mixing them up is easy.
The minimum qualifying score is the line a child must reach to be considered at all. The lowest score offered is where offers actually stopped for a group of applicants. In every year shown below, the second was higher than the first for applicants outside the pupil premium group.
