In short
If something on ExamKind looks wrong, out of date or unclear, please tell us. Use the form on this page. We check every report against the official source. Dates, deadlines, other facts and practice-question answer keys are corrected within 48 hours of confirming the report. Significant corrections appear on our public corrections log.
What should you include?
The more of these you can give us, the faster we can check:
- the page address, or the school or area name;
- what looks wrong;
- what you think is correct, and where you saw it (for example a link to the school's admission policy or a council letter).
You do not need an account. Please do not include your child's name or any personal details we don't need. Add an email address only if you want a reply. Our privacy notice explains how we handle what you send.
What happens after you tell us?
- We acknowledge your message. If you gave an email address, we reply to it.
- We check it against the official source that our page uses, and against any source you sent.
- If we were wrong, we correct the fact everywhere it appears and log the change on our corrections log.
- If official documents disagree with each other, we mark the fact "to be confirmed" and contact the school or council to ask which is right.
- If our page was right, we tell you which source we used, so you can check it too.
What if your question is about your own child's application?
We can't advise on individual cases, and we can't change a decision. For your own application, the right people to contact are your home council's admissions team, the school, or the test provider named on your area's page. Each area page lists the official contacts, for example Buckinghamshire.
Is there anything we won't change?
We will not remove accurate, sourced information because it is unwelcome, and we will not change a page in return for payment. Our editorial standards and independence pages explain why.
